Adult Case Management
The primary purpose of the CIS program is to provide services either directly or through referrals to other area providers and programs. We help people understand and cope with their stressors, develop skills to achieve and maintain the highest level of independence, and locate and maintain appropriate living situations to maximize independence and improve their emotional health.
We offer various services to help people remain as independent as possible in the community, minimize the need for hospitalization, transition to independence, reduce cycles of instability and promote recovery. Our staff are trained in trauma-informed systems of care and are co-occurring capable.
For referrals, please call Vincent Pitts at (207) 364-3551 ext. 202 or (207) 357-5561.
You Can Help
You can make a difference in your community, too.
We’re looking for people who want to help their neighbors and be part of something bigger than themselves. Our residents have successfully faced many challenges, but they still need support.
They need you to give them hope and show them that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
Together, we can change lives and create brighter futures.
