Supporting children, youth, and adults through life’s challenges and transitions

This 12-bed facility is dedicated to the memory of one of our agency’s long-standing board members. It provides emergency shelter and support with one goal: to help these vulnerable populations get back on their feet as quickly as possible to continue living healthy lives free of homelessness.
We’re making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Our housing programs provide a safe and stable living environment to individuals and families transitioning from a shelter to permanent housing.
Our shelter program provides a haven for individuals and families experiencing homelessness while allowing them the dignity and respect they deserve.
Our Children's Case Management Services assist youths and their families with mental health, developmental, and chronic medical conditions.
Our qualified professionals provide support and assistance to individuals with mental health diagnoses in a home or community-based setting.
You can make a difference in your community, too.
We’re looking for people who want to help their neighbors and be part of something bigger than themselves. Our residents have successfully faced many challenges, but they still need support.
They need you to give them hope and show them that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
Together, we can change lives and create brighter futures.
